August 2017 Update

Help Desk
One of the key areas of our business is IT Support, to ensure we can exceed expectations with our client base, we have migrated to a new helpdesk , remote monitoring & management (RMM) platform. The new platform allows us to build custom IT support agreements with existing and new clients, ensuring that we deliver the best support and strive to exceed client expectations.

The Team
To further improve our IT support offering we have added two highly experienced IT Support Engineers to the team. With over 25 years combined IT experience working in the banking and Legal business sectors, we are extremely excited to see the value they’re already adding to the business and the positive feedback from clients.

Over the last 12 months we’ve had a IT apprentice working in the business, to say he’s had everything including the kitchen sink thrown at him would be an understatement. He’s had involvement in IT support, onsite project work and order processing. Having successfully completed his apprenticeship in August, Josh was offered a permanent role. Josh is now our 1st Line Helpdesk Technician.

New Office
To ensure we have space to grow the business further, we have moved offices for second time in 12 months. When we heard a bigger office space would be available in Hope Park Business Centre, we jumped at the chance to take on the lease. We are at the same address, just on a different floor with a new view!

New Website
Our new website went live during the week, thanks Ben and the team at Totaal (www.totaal.co.uk) for designing and building the website. We are looking forward to adding and updating the website content to keep it in line with out latest offerings. Please keep checking back to see our latest updates.

Next Few Months
September will see our education clients opening their doors for the new school year, we are looking forward to the exciting projects due to kick off.

With some really exciting projects in the pipeline for the coming months, which will see us getting involved in new virtualisation, telephony, managed print and cloud technologies.
