We are recruiting – 3rd Line Support Engineer
Are you a 3rd Line Support Engineer looking for a new role with a growing dynamic company? If so we are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with skills consisting of Office 365, Azure, Windows Server and networking.
This is a varied role that will enable you to have exposure and gain experience with a wide range of technologies and be hands-on with client projects. You are also required to travel to client sites occasionally using your own vehicle.

Role and Responsibilities:
•Providing technical support to our clients both onsite and remote
•Scope, plan and install new hardware and software
•Assist the Account Director, providing technical input for client meetings – face to face, VC and telephone
•Research and seek solutions to problems and document findings in a timely and effective manner
•Identify new opportunities for additional work and projects as a result of customer contact
Principal Accountabilities:
•Ensure timely delivery of client projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
•Facilitate trouble-free project implementations, garnering positive feedback from clients
•Maintain responsiveness and efficiency in dealing with customer inquiries through the Help Desk
•Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical standards are upheld
•Create comprehensive project documentation for both customer needs and internal records
Essential Skills:
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
•Knowledge of Windows Server, including Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere
•Experience with server and storage hardware configuration, including Fujitsu and HP
•Familiarity with WatchGuard firewalls, Office 365 applications, and anti-virus software
•Competence in backup software such as Veeam, MSP360, and Wasabi
•Microsoft and manufacturer certifications are highly desirable
